If I hold the input flange still and spin one output flange, an LSD will spin the other output the same direction whereas an Open will spin opposite. Right?

That makes sense. Having started with the bumpers on that bronzit vert, I never understood the diving board hate. I thought they looked proportional and provided a ton of protection when street parked....

Kinda, I'm pretty sure that late convertibles had shorter bumpers than the standard diving boards found on the coupes/sedans. I had 2 post 9/1987 verts with beefy bumpers and a 10/1988 vert with body...

Is it possible/cost effective to buy a tool to crimp the lines at home? Would this be the same tool for AC lines?

I've been looking for a decent entry level smoke tester for leak testing, any suggestions would be awesome. I used one of these at a shop and loved it, but it's way too expensive for home hobby work....
