2002 pickup sighting

Driving home from winco on 102nd and glisan in NE portland tonight, there was a alpine white 2002 pickup in front of me, which it looks to have a functional tailgate! It was very cleanly done up, license plate QGZ 960 if anyone knows who this person is, post some pictures.
