    Cool Tools???

I was just curious if anyone has any cool and interesting tools they find super handy to use. I'm not looking for a basic tool that you just use a lot. Something unique and different that always seems to come in handy.

Mot's Gary Fischer Breaker Bar would be a great example. I think that thing single handedly rebuilt his car.

i have this one dirty old pipe i always use as an extension on a ratchet. same pipe for a few years now!

oh yeah and the best thing ever is this craftsman extendable magnet thing for when you drop nuts or bolts in impossible spots. also has a little LED in it, that thing saves so much frustration.

kinda like this only craftsman and better and not as gay looking

I like flex-head wrenches. You get the leverage and a good fit even at off-angles with a slimmer profile. They have come in pretty handy on many occasions. I grabbed a cheap set with a lifetime warranty, "Great neck" brand, from Autozone though I can't find a link there online

                I really dig:
                Flexible Screwdriver for hose clamps
mag lite (take the batteries out, works perfect as a rachet handle extension)
I've done this for several years, and the mag lites keep taking it, and still work as flashlights too!

ratching wrenches.. soooo much nicer than regular wrenches. I wish I would have had them years ago. I got a set at costco for $20, too bad I didn't pick up the SAE set before they stopped selling them.

Do you know how handy that drawer in my box came when I had to overhaul my waterheater?

Don't know about any special tools, but between my Crow's Feet wrenches and my mallet I've done most jobs on my car. Those and the forged Craftsman bottle opener.

                            I need ratcheting wrenches though....

Buy a truck. My SAE sockets are finally as dirty as my metric stuff.
