After months of looking around for a european distributor who is willing to ship across the pond and give us a discount, i finally found one. We need at least 10 orders to lock in the price. These wheels are JWL/VIA approved. They weigh 19lbs a piece. Not the worlds lightest wheels but not massively heavy for a daily driver either. These are 4x100 and 57.1 hub bore so no rings are required. At this point we are doing silver or black only. I'll find out if he can get black faces if requested. 10 sets of 17x7.5 et20 in silver will be available in two months. No other sizes available so don't ask.

Price will be about (depending on exchange rate) $650 shipped for a complete set. $670 with paypal fees. The seller can do credit card payments directly. If we don't make 10 then they are $720 a set. 17x7.5 et20 will be $780 a set.

Nothing wider then 7. These would look killer with a 15mm spacer. But i am gonnah take mine to get widened to 3/4". Payment should be required once we get our 1st 10. No point in making people wait. Once we get the 1st 10 we'll do groups of 5. If we can't get 10 then lets say march 15th.

I hope they don't come with the "bbs" center caps as that is asking for a lot of trouble for the seller or anyone who deals with them. Won't effect buyers, but if you're organizing this and taking funds you may want to protect yourself from liability

These are a 1 piece wheel. You would get a band cnc'd to your specs and then you have it welded on a cnc'd pipe welder. Grind smooth and re polish. I live next to a ton of machine shops since i'm next to a ton of engineering firms. I'll just go knocking door to door to see who has the expertice in industrial pipe welding.

Had this done a couple of times before, by a guy in Torrance. He cuts the wheel, then tig welds in another piece (like a hoop) however wide you want it & re-attaches the piece he cut off. He ends up running two beads (so both edges are original) where it sounds like your way is only one bead with a new edge. Are you adding to the back or front of the wheel?
