The title says it all. I have a stock radio so this is kinda surprising. When the A/C is off the whine goes away.

Sounds like a bad ground. Start with the engine ground and starter grounds..

If it's the radio whining for sure might want to check the rf interference ground attached from the core support to hood. small silver one left side.Comment
