Revshift 24V Swap Urethane Motor Mounts

Picked up a pair of 24V Swap mounts from Revshift for $100. Great product for those on a budget. Doesn't have the angle like the AKG one, but was still easy to bolt in.

    UPDATE: 8/25/11

Went to remove them for my recent motor swap and they TORE IN HALF!!!! WTFFFF. I ended up ordering a set of AKGs.

    Page 2 for PICS!!

So we never got any real reviews. No pictures or opinions. Anyone?

That is a common problem for Nissan 300zx and 240sx cars. Luckily, Nissan doesn't make BMWs. You are also supposed to use the factory heat shields if you are concerned with radiant engine heat. No melting/heat issues have ever been reported for our BMW mounts.

Wow revshift just realized you guys make a top mount turbo adapter for an awesome price!
Definitely will have to get one of the those when Im ready to go turbo!

I know this is OT for this thread but anyone tried the urethane flex disc? And does revshift have any plans to make a more durable center support bearing?

There are a bunch of people running the Revshift flex disc, no issues or complaints so far.
A more durable csb has been discussed but we are not currently working on it. Maybe in the future we will attempt it but for now we are busy with some other new parts.

Just ran into a problem with them. Doing an engine swap now and when I removed the Engine Mount, it tore in HALF!!!!

                        Beware!!!

have you made an attempt to contact them or will they know that the part failed through their spidey sense tingling?

You do know you need to unbolt them before trying to lift the motor, right?
