5 speed swap for the 30

soo before i commit to this i just wanna make sure i know what im doing. all inputs and advice are greatly appreciated.

i know i can find the dyi.. but thats not the case, i know how to do the swap, im just concerned in the parts needed.

so im about to receive a gertag 260 from a 94 325is. my question is what clutch and flywheel and driveshaft would fit.

can i use a stock m20clutch and flywheel ? how about the drive shaft?

all this is intended to go in my 91' 325i.

correct me if im wrong at any point.

and if you have any 5 speed parts f/s please pm. i would rather spend my money here then at the local pick a part

i still need the pedal assembly
    master cylinder
    ds and guibo
    tranny mounts
    and any other misc. items

A 1994 325is does not have a 260, it has a 250. Not what you want for your swap.

I'll have a complete 5 speed swap for sale very soon here in SoCal. Let me know if you'd be interested.

It WILL bolt up but it's absolutely not worth the trouble. You'll need a custom transmission brace, custom shift linkage, god knows what trans mounts, and I believe you'd need a large guibo driveshaft.

            Go with an E30 trans.
