WTB: Non-running Clean e30 shell/rolling shell (California)

Got rear ended in my e30, looking for a shell to swap parts onto. I am located in San Diego till the end of May, then I will be moving back to NorCal Bay Area.

Looking for any year e30 shell.

Must hold a clean title.
Must have paint in good condition.
Must have a solid straight body.

Manual preferred, autos are welcome.
Two doors preferred, four door welcome, verts welcome as well.

I want an early model. Weird, but I think the high rear arches look great on early four doors.

In my eyes that car isn't worth more than $3-500 max. Yea it runs but, it is pretty damn roguh around the edges.

When I say project I mean something for me to build up over the years. Redo suspension, brakes, interior, etc. Not drop tons of money right of the start to make it how other cars already are.

If I wanted a car to part out a car, make money , take my time from school and work, or have a non operational car in my parents driveway, then sure I would be all over it, but I am the exact opposite situation.
