If you are using M50 manifold then you will use the M50 regulator with rail. If you will use OBD2 intake manifold from 328i or M3 then you can mount the remote fuel pressure regulator somewhere , it is not that big and running loss valve is benefit, it helps reduce fuel boiling.

Good point, i don't remember seeing that wire lol.
Any chance I can just cut between the hardlines and tap it like shown in the picture? I would have to create some sort of bevel though I'd believe to allow the hose to seat.
Or do I cut where the rubber fuel lines are coming from up the engine and splice inbetween them?

anyone have a more indepth response? the fpr is under the e36 correct, and i can just splice the original hoses going up to the fuel rail and tap it into there?
or is it easier to cut the hardlines?
on the e30 i believe theres the stock fuel pressure regulator, should i delete that?Last edited by choleaoum; 02-26-2013, 02:31 PM.

Whats the reasoning behind having to use the obd1 fuel rail with an m50 manifold? Why cant I keep the obd2 system?Originally posted by priapismMy girl don't know shit, but she bakes a mean cupcake.Originally posted by shamesonUsually it's best not to know how much money you have into your e30
