Ok so referring to my previous thread about my clutch not disengauging but This is a different topic so that's why I made a different thread.
I know now that I use the wrong transmission with my I swap (late eta with deep bell housing) and it worked with my single mass fly wheel and clutch set up for a short amount of time because I drove it for about 30~ miles. I bleed the breaks and Now it will not disengauge at all and won't let me go into any gear I didn't let the reservoir run dry so I do t think it is the hydraulic system.
I replaced the clutch master cyl
Clutch slave cyl
Bleed the system about 20 times
And still nothing.
So in theory it should have never worked unless I had a euro 323i throw out bearing because it is thicker and makes up for the deeper bell housing.
what I want to know is why my car worked and drove fine for that short amount of time? Could it have just wore in and thinned out causing it to stop disengauging.
Appreciate the info as always guys
