Please fellow members help me/Transmisson issues

Hello my fellow members I have Transmisson problem, and I need advice or suggestion on what could it be. I Park my car about close to a year ago because of a blown head gasket and transmisson was still good shift etc. So a couple months ago I decide to rebuilt the whole engine, before i took it out the engine, me and my friend tried pusing the car into my garage and notice it wouldnt move. We though it was the caliper and the breaks that were stuck, but that was not it. The engine is fully rebuilt now and sitting inside the car with the transmisson, but for some reason the transmission is stuck in gear and we cant pop it out. I can crank the car however I need to hold the clutch pedal to turn it on, but the car wont disengage the clutch and keep it on gear. Please fellow members help me Its has a brand new clutch kit by sachs.

Does the shifter refuse to move or does it simply not affect the transmission?
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Right before I stop driving the car, it needed transmission fluid it started to whine.

The shifter moves but doesn't feel like its changing gears in the transmission. A local mechanic says its my gear selector. I think the tranny is stuck in 1st i try turning the car Goes forward and when I mess around with the shifter and try to put it in reverse it feels like its in gear but actually not doing any changes

(Scratching head)...maybe as you're cranking the car let off the clutch and it will dislodge something? If you just need to move car then push in clutch and have a couple friends move it.

You mention there ISNA new clutch kit, who installed it and why didn't they replace the seals in the trans when doing the clutch?

I just recently tore my trans apart, replaced seals, bearings, fluids and a new clutch kit and it drives fine.

Poorboyz thanks for the advice am try it as soon I get home, I wanna drive my e30 so bad.

It's my fault I didn't get new seal, I was paying more attention to the engine. All I got was a clutch kit. I feel like I made a big mistake because of the seals.
