    1991 BMW 318iS Slicktop FS - CA, Bay Area - $4995

    Hello,

I am selling my beloved e30 I have had for the past 6+ years. Great car and I am going to miss her. I live in SF and leave this car up in Marin due to the headache of parking a car in SF. I don't drive her very much anymore and feel she could see more use in a better home. She has a couple of rough edges, but as you will see, she is rock solid underneath and runs like a champ. I have put a LOT of work and parts into this car and it shows.

If you're interested, please read through the notes below, and if you have any questions, feel free to email me! grantlacey11@gmail.com.

    Basics:
    • 1991 318iS coupe
    • White w/black interior
    • 193k miles on chassis, 173k on m42 motor
    • Slicktop (no sunroof which means more rigid chases)
    • Salvage title (front end damage from previous owner)

    Interior:
    • Aftermarket bucket seats with ///M emblem on them
    • M-Tech 1 steering wheel (airbag removed)
    • Odometer works! All instruments and lights on dash work as well
    • Alpine headunit, Type S 3 ways speakers up front, door A-frame tweeter add-on option. Rear 3 way pioneer speakers. 1200W Sony Alpine type-S 10'' subwoofers in carpeted non-ported box with capacitor. Rear speakers are amplified by a sweet Nakamichi amp. iPod/iPhone compatible
    • Brand new ZHP weighted shift knob with B&M short throw shifter
    • New leather shift boot, ebrake handle, and ebrake boot
    • Professionally installed window tint - 30% in the front and 50% in the back
    • Custom LED middle console lighting from headliner
    • No crack dash
    • Rear speaker deck painted black from stock grey to match interior
    • All seat belts, and door handles work
    • E36 window button modification installed
    • New heater core -- heater blows hot, hot, hot
    • No AC (didn't install with the new engine)
    • New tail light and trunk rubber seals!!

    Exterior:
    • Elliptical headlights with 6000k DDM xenon headlights (two lenses are cracked) Lamin-x yellow high beams and fogs
    • iS lower front lip painted with black plasti-dip
    • iS rear trunk lip
    • No sunroof!
    • Gas lid lock works, new gas cap as well
    • Rear EURO license plate filler
    • Remote unlocking works
    • Lamin-x smoked front bumper turn signals (front and side on the front bumper, and side on the rear bumper)
    • Black rear 318iS emblem

    Suspension/Chassis:
    • New front powder coated subframe with turner reinforced motor mount tabs
    • Eibach springs, car is low!
    • Bilstien struts
    • OEM front strut mounts, Poly rear strut mounts
    • New Z3 steering rack (much tighter steering than stock)
    • New OEM front control arms
    • 21mm front cabby sway bar
    • New tie rod links all around the car
    • M3 front offset control arm bushings
    • New rear powdercoated subframe with adjustable camber and toe

    • Recent alignment, toe, and camber adjustment

    Engine/Driveline:
    • New guibo
    • Engine replaced 2 years ago with another M42 with 170k on it. Has been running perfectly since. Would not hesitate to drive her to New York right now.
    • 4.10 small case limited slip rear differential
    • Mark D'Sylva 91octane performance chip installed.
    • K&N air intake filter
    • Magnaflow catback with Tip. Cat is 2 years old and passes CA SMOG with flying colors. I also have a stock ECU to throw in with purchase.
    • "Mess under the intake" removed (leaky vacuum hoses)
    • New OEM fuel pump & filter
    • New OEM engine mounts and transmission mounts
    • New Behr radiator, OEM thermostat, BOSCH water pump, and radiator hoses
    • New spark plug wires
    • New clutch hydraulic hose
    • Oil changed every 3-4k miles
    • Replaced Idle Air Control Valve and MAF

    Other notes:
    • It sucks, but one of the keys has broken off in the ignition. Car will start with the butt of the key. I have another complete key and keyless entry fob. I have not looked into how to remove it seeing how little I drive the car these days, but I don't see it being too much of a headache.
    • Clearcoat is lifting/peeling on the hood. The car shows signs of a respray, but the extent of the respray is unknown. There are various minor dings and dents, but it looks great from 10+ feet.
    • Right side windshield is cracked, hasn't moved since I bought it (~6+ years).
    • One of the rear half shaft rubber boots is starting to split
    • Stock black leather recaro seats included -- Great condition
    • Extra oil pan
    • 3 Extra bottle cap wheels if you want 'em
    • Other nick-nacks (4.10 open diff, extra m42 flywheel, OEM fan shroud, AC unit mount, stock front sway bar)

Dude did you have to get a fucking court order to exhume this sale add? Ever think to private message the OP?? We get an email when there's a PM in our box. Unless you turn off that function.
