Started fixing up the e34 some *update 7-2015*

So about a year ago now I bought a 90 535i 5 speed. It's a bronzit which I wouldn't have bothered with but it was a manual. It's been nice here so figured it's a good time to do this. Here is a start to making this car at least decent looking again.

    Before

    After

Future plans are, hopefully get it back lowered again in next few weeks. I have V8 front brakes, M5 front sway bar, late model skirts and 17" style 42s.

Did you spray it with a gun, or get a color matched spray can? Looks great.

Matched spray can. There were some runs I'll go sand down

did you clear on top of it? How is the finish? My bronzit is fading like normal and I want to respray some pieces.

Somehow missed your question. The aerosol can has a layer of clear coat in it. It finished pretty well.

So I finally painted the rear bumper to match the front, front license plate filler and a nice winter project

Those wheels look good on e34s. Same ones on my wagon. I just want to space them out some but the style looks very at home. The rear bumper on my e36 needs paint, where did you get the cans from? Looks good.

Some more new pics. Put on the late model skirts. I am still looking for the pieces that go on the bottom of the doors, if anyone has any, let me know.

A local shop will take paint codes and mix aerosol cans with a layer of clear coat.

Ended up going euro smileys and clear corners and euro red/clear tails as well.
