I Need To Rant About Auto Parts Warehouse!

So as some of you guys know, I own a 1986 Toyota SR5 as well as my e30. It being a Toyota I figured it would be easy to find parts to fix it up. Not so. Its a bitch, and I can not find the equivalent of Blunttech/Guten Parts for my Toyota. I needed brake parts and I turned to Auto Parts Warehouse, because it seamed like they were the only ones that had the right parts in stock. Big mistake!

I ordered front rotors and pads as well as rear drums and shoes. I ended up receiving duplicates of of the drums and shoes on different days in different boxes from different warehouses.
Now I have to spend my time speaking to their retarded useless customer service representatives trying to explain their problem to them so they can get their frickin parts back. Then spend my time and gas to drive their parts to the FedEx shop to ship them back. And I have to do this twice sins the duplicate parts show up 5 days apart.

The fun part is, if I mistakenly order the wrong part I have to pay shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
Shouldnt they pay me a 20% fee for taking up my time and gas sending their parts that I never ordered back to them?!

Moral of the story? FUCK Auto Parts Warehouse. What a shit business.

Blunttech and Guten Parts kick ass.

Oh and I am aware that I can order Toyota parts from Blunt, but the site never has the parts I have in stock or only has one of the 4 ball joints I need. So thats not my solution.
If anyone knows a good Toyota parts provider please let me know.

did you try rock auto the shipping is a bitch but they usually have almost everything i need for my dads 84' extra cab

These guys are local to me, the owner has a few e30's and always knows what he is talking about He mentioned having a Toyota truck once, I would give them a call and see what they can do. Andy and Rick are awesome. Email works too.

Did they charge you for the duplicate parts?

Auto Parts Warehouse should send you call tags for all that crap if the mistake was on their end. You shouldnt have to lug stuff to Fedex

Right? Thats retarded. I got an email from what seamed to be a "higher up" asking for order and part number so she could send me a call tag, I replied and got no return email. Horrible business.

BMA did that to me once,they billed and shipped the same order twice then held up my money until the second order made it back to them.
That was the last time I bought anything from them.

I've gotten about 90% of the parts for my 88 4Runner from Rock Auto.
