WTB: E30 in the northeast

I'm looking to get an e30 for a project car.

Here's my checklist

I'd like it to:
| | be fairly clean (little rust),
| | prefer it to be a 325 i,is, or anything besides an ix,
| | no convertibles,
| | fairly unmolested on the exterior unless its tasteful
| | prefer a manual but can deal with an auto,
| | it would be really nice if it runs well or enough to drive,
| | clean title,
| | bonus points for extra parts.

doesnt need to be all of these things as long as it is most or some.

Id like it to be close to or under $3000 as well.

Im located in central Mass but dont mind traveling a little ways to pick it up, I'd say within a 6-7 hour drive range is fine

Would you consider an 84 325e? 5 speed Black with tan leather sport interior, very little rust, no damage, good paint, everything works well except the AC, I have one for sale in Fallsburg, NY. Mechanical condition is good enough to be a daily driver.
