OBD II S52 swap cranks but will not start

Ive had my car running for a while now and i have probably put around 100 -200 miles on it since its been driving. The other day I got in the car to try and drive it to the grocery store, but it wouldn't start. I drove it just the day before. I'll list the things that are happening in a numbered list to make it easier to look at.

The ECU has been flashed by myself to remove EWS, rear O2s, SAP, etc. It has been working correctly, minus a misfire every once in a while (I think the fuel and spark maps were modified by a previous "tuner". I'm going to go back to stock.)

    1. Turn key on, and CEL comes on along with other lights. Fuel pump relay engages, fuel pump primes, ICV hums, the regular.

    2. Turn key to start and the engine turns over but will not start. I've tried cranking for a long while.

    3. ECU seems to be grounded fine, but I'm not 100%. I'm going to run a jumper and check with a meter tomorrow.

    4. Crank Position sensor also seems to be a common fix for this problem, but I do not know how to check if mine is bad. Can I pull it and check the terminals or do a visual inspection?

    5. How can I check to see if my coils have power? I tried checking the voltage between all three legs of the ignition wires to ground with the key on and I got a negligible voltage. I'm supposed to get 12 VDC from power to ground, correct?

    Any insight is appreciated. Thanks.

Crank sensors basically never die on obd2 cars.
Coils should have constant power (with key on) on the green wire
Ecu doesn't need to be grounded

No power on the green wire for my coils. Where is that power coming from? I'll check my c101 diagram again, and trace it in the mean time. Thanks!

depending on the age of your harness either through the coil relay by the ECU or through the C101/x20

I fixed it. It was a bad relay going to the coils. Runs just as it did before. Thanks for the input! That helped me trace out the green power wire.
