    M50 vanos, bad misfire

I'm in tunnel vision right now, maybe someone can help me with this?

    M50 vanos
Has 260k + miles, just put all new seals, freshened up the motor
    Still has original coil packs

Okay so when I start her up...bad misfire, I'll turn her off, I'll check the headers (I have headers) by touching each pipe individually starting with cylinder #1
Cylinders # 1,2 and 6 are cold, cylinders # 3,4 and 5 are hot,so I'm thinking its spark, I switch the coil pack from cylinder 1 to 3, and 3 to 1, start her up, and still no spark on cylinder 1, but I'm still getting spark on 3, so that tells me the coil packs are good..correct? So I pull my plugs (new plugs) and I guess I didn't gap them when I put them in, idk why, so I gapped them at .29. (When I pulled my plugs out they were all black and had fuel on them) so I cleaned them up and threw them back in and still cold on cylinders 1,2 and 6. So I was thinking maybe crank sensor? But if it were my crank sensor my car shouldn't even start right? I do plan on getting all new coil packs just because These are still the originals and they're probably going to be needing replacement very soon if not now. Am I not thinking of something? it can't be an o ring for the fuel injector because I don't smell, or see fuel spilling from somewhere, and I know all my injectors are working because all the plugs had excessive fuel on them, help please

Use a screwdriver to listen to the injectors. Make sure they are all firing.
