    325iX Hartge H26, Anthony, FRANCE.

    Hey!
So my name is Anthony, Im 26yrs old and i live in the middle of France.
In the life, i drive trucks and im a deliver.

Im passionate by Bmw E30 only, and particulary by Hartge.

I have a 325iX Hartge H26 1988's, Alpinweiss II , second hands and prepared by Hartge at 14 000km. It is almost totally restored.

    I also have a 318i E30 1985, bronzitbeige metallic, 3 doors, sunroof , cream leather, 77 000km so stock.

The last one isn't a bmw, but a Vw Golf mk2 gti 16s MATCH #462 (rare, 1200 exemplary). Totally restored

I also help a friend to buy a real, complete and rare Hartge H35 , 101 000kms , so i know it very good. It in end of restoration. He has a Hartge H26 from Kohl Automobile, Germany.

Im here on your US forum in order to speak with other Hartge owner's and maybe because i love usa and speaking english ;) ;)

I tried to post some pix , but it doesn't work.

So i make some public album on facebook for the forum.

Long life to E30 and thanks for adding me ;)

      welcome to the forum

Very nice Hartge collection you have there. Wellcome to R3V. Lots of good information here on this forum. Love the hartge ix, but I would be afraid to take it out in the snow:)

Very nice, never seen a hartge h26 325ix. So does the H26 have higher compression? It looks like the engine displacement is the same.

No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.

          Thank you all :)

John i replied to your Mp ;) . For iX on snow, i tried only 2 times. It's an Hartge, so far away from me the idea to drive on snow with it, but it was a good way to try if the Xdrive system works
( I took it the day i have my truck driving licence exam. My daily car could not take road with 25cm of snow so i took the iX. It was morning, everybody was late even inspector, i laught when they arrive, and , when i was in truck seat, inspector told me that i was crazy to take bmw with snow.. LOL)

Downforce, don't understand what you mean for the engine displacement?

This H26 has this config : Hartge cam, Hartge cam cover, ECU HartgeH26, complete exhaust.

How does it work in usa? i mean, Bmw/Hartge/Alpina are european , so is it very rare in your country? I saw some very clean E30 there, but no more hartge/alpina. In france, there are some , but it's rare to see complete Hartge.

My friend has also an E21 Alpina B6 2.8, it's very cool

Well, that is the only way to see how great the ix cars are on snow. I have owned 2 of these car (ix) and they are great on snow.

Magnifiques, tes bagnoles.

                    Thank you :)

Hey TSI.

I'm going assume TSI cleared things up. I wasn't sure if it was a m20b25, m20b27 or m20b28. Either way, I'm sure she has some power.

Yes , comparatively to a stock 325iX (i have 3 other in my family/friends) there is more power for sure.
