Im sure many of you have seen this car already... First thing I noticed about the engine bay was the break booster (e39 unit I think?) is mounted on the firewall. Does anyone know more about this car or have links to a build thread? How much roomier is an E9 bay? Im particularly interested in an m62 swap into an e24 chassis but haven't seen much info on them so Im lurking in the shadows around this joint. I like it here.

That car is pretty much an E39 M5 with an E9 body plopped on top, which is an oversimplification of course. That's most likely an E39 M5 booster in the stock location. You can see that there's plenty of room behind the strut tower (which is an E39 strut tower) for the booster to reside in. That space doesn't exist on an E30 or E24.
