    M52 E30 swap help?!

    so decided to pull out my M42 out of my 91 318is and got me a M52 off a 97 328i. Its been pretty simple so far until i got to the harness wires.

    the problem: After days of research i figured out my harness is off an automatic e36? i am confused with the 3 pig tails and which to strip and rewire with the c101 pig tail. I cant figure out which one ?

    2- would these injectors work on a M50 head?

    3- ill be using my same radiator, it doesnt have any sensors on it but it has a spot for one. would i need to find a sensor for it?




    4- what flex disk would i be using if im putting the getrag 260 on a 318is drivetrain? would i need the G240 or G260 flex disk?

    this is on my g260 transmission


    5- finally, for the ecu does it have to be the 413 red sticker or i could also use the silver sticker? from what i understand the silver sticker has EWS vs. the red that doesnt? would it be a problem if i used the silver sticker ECU? i will not be keeping the EWS so would i need to chip/flash the ECU or no?

    Thanks for any help i can get. Im still new to all this and sorry if any of this was discussed before i tried my best researching and reading:hitler:

    These are all questions that come up quite a bit. I suggest searching this subforum for automatic wiring harness (wedophones has wiring diagrams), injectors, driveshaft (e30 shaft other than late eta with big guibo should work with the 260 and guibo but you'll need a modified transmission brace), radiator (PS you'll need a temp sensor out of an e36 318), 413 dme, etc and you should find answers to most of your questions. For the things that you can't figure out, do like I've done and make threads for your individual questions.
