This is an e30 M3 built to be driven and enjoyed. It was built form a bare chassis as a smog legal, streetable track car. It is offered as a turnkey fully prepped and sorted track car. For those wanting an M3 with a stock interior it is far less expensive to swap an interior into this car than bring an "original" tired m3's s14 and mechanicals to this high of a state of perfection.
The Current owner commissioned this build in 2001 By Mike Morris of Schneller BMW in New Hampshire. The car was built from the frame up as a street legal track car with recipts totaling over $25,000 in just the initial build and an additional $10,000+ of preventative maintence has been completed since to keep this car fresh and ready for the track. It was built to be a comfortable liveable car on the street for long distance freeway cruising to distant tracks. This makes it suitable for a weekend driver. It has been driven to tracks over the northeast, Canada and after the owner relocated to California all over CA including Local BMWCCA Autocross. I have all receipts and documentation available for review. There is massive character in this car.

True Chassis mileage: 93k
Mileage on full rebuild, all moving and wear parts replaced down to the gas tank, all rubber under the car etc etc etc. 25K
Odometer shows 51,000 as cluster was replaced with a different one during the build.
The original cluster showed 68,108 upon removal in 2001 shown on purchase documents and the new cluster installed showed 25,569. The car has accumulated 25,000 since 2001. So 68K+25k=93k chassis miles. The new cluster matches mileage recorded on all government documents from 2001 on. Carfax shows a mileage discrepancy from a reading on the original cluster back in 1998 vs later readings as software is confused by the cluster swap.
The car features many thoughtful small details that really have this car sorted in the way a fresh untested build would never be.

Exterior:
This car shows very well and gets tons of enthusiastic thumbs up and compliments.
Clean Alpineweiss repaint, highly detailed inspection will yield some very minor imperfections in the paint but no overspray or tape lines, it will look original to all but the most trained eye. Some minor chips and pitting on front of car and minor scratches. Paint on the front bumper has some minor cracking and bubbling as it looks to have been repainted at a different time and with less prep to encourage proper adhesion. Not a concours or garage queen but a nice example.
