Up for sale is my uncommonly clean e30s52 1989 325i Alpine coupe.

$13,500 takes it outright, but I am open to offers. I am only interested in E28 trades.

Some background:

I bought this car sight unseen from a fellow in NorCal who had just completed the swap, and decided to go in the direction of SpecE30, and I am very happy I bought this car. What is funny is that I was completely sure of the quality of the build from the photos alone. The PO had done one swap previously, and assured me this car was built to last. I couldn't agree more after seeing and driving the car when it arrived here in Dallas, and I will assure you the same way that you could easily buy this car sight unseen.

That being said, if you have the time to come see the car, please do. Nothing will prepare you for this drive. Ok, maybe some things, but this is a hell of a car. Not only the drive, but the overall condition. 10/10 exterior minus a few rock chips, and 10/10 interior minus 1 or 2 very slight stains.

Be clear, I have not fallen out of love with this car, I have only fallen in love with the idea of 4 doors, thus my want for an E28.

At this point I am only interested in even trades, or your car and some of your cash.

Ideally, a well done E28 528 or 535 with working AirCon, 5-speed, and nice upgrades.

I have had the car for close to a year and I usually take it out 2-3 times a week. Daily duties are fulfilled by my Subaru demo.

Long shot, but willing to trade for a 2000 4 door 2.5rs w/ 2004 STI swap, full 6 speed w/ dccd, r180 rear diff, Brembo & 5x114 hub/knuckle conversion? :)

Figure i'd throw it since your a Subaru guy. Like to get back into a e30, built the GC thinking it would fill the void of selling my e30 and it did for a bit but I'd love to get back into a proper e30. ;)

Your car sounds nice. I like Subarus just fine, but I am really trying to find the right german replacement.

I'm shopping for another e30 swap car but I'm not anywhere close to your budget. PM me if you are fairly negotiable on the price. I'm not saying what your car is worth, I just have a limit on what I can spend.

Thanks for the luck and support guys. I've been checking out some other forums and ours is easily among the best. Good job.

I wish I could truly show you all how nice this car is. If you all think it would benefit the sale to have some better photos taken, I may be able to make it happen.

The point is, the paint/body/interior are near perfect. I've not met a single person who thinks they have seen a better kept car.

Lastly, the price is negotiable. Please do not feel like I've priced the car out of your budget before you even make an offer.

I paid $13.5k for this car 1 year ago, shipping excluded.
I have spent another $1.9k on wheels/exhaust/strut bracing/tint

I want my $13.5k back, but I am realistic.
