im sure I am missing a lot more but you get the jist of it, I have all the receipts from the day I got the car and a documented build thread and tons of pictures

the car attracts a lot of attention and is meticulously put together all torqued to spec and anti seized where needed , all the clips for the exterior and interior are new oem bmw which took a lot of time to get ahold.
I have had the car appraised for insurance purposes and is turn key ready.

I Have had a few questions regarding a California smog test. At buyers expense I can modify the exhaust to have a v banded test pipe with matching v banded catalitic converter and a tune for turbo at 3psi that should pass a California smog test.

If 18k is insane then u don't appreciate the value of having everything brand new, car is also now wrapped in 3m rock guard. The entire car. And if anyone is wondering I'm a mechanic and work at a shop restoring vintage cars. The scale of work to respray a car with a wetsand and polish is far more then a macco paint job.

Why do you guys get all uptight about the asking price? It's a free country. Anyone can ask whatever price he/she thinks the car is worth. Negotiate directly with the seller if you are interested. We don't need to know your opinion about pricing.
