Thanks guys, yeah Im really looking forward to enjoying the car culture all year around. It's hard leaving NYC but Im ready for the change. Having my own garage and not having to store my cars away from where I live is a really nice change.

Thank you very much. Will be there on Wednesday and will move in to our new place on Thursday. The M5 and MTech are in San Diego already. M3 will be left behind for a while longer. It is still at Mr. M Car getting the engine rebuilt. Really happy about the move. Now to deal with the CA DMV....

Do not go to Laguna Hills DMV. Go to San Clemente one, lines are much shorter there. I would make an appointment if i were you.
