A/C and windows don't work after sitting for 3 months

I had my car on Jacks for 3 months. R2 (removed and replaced) the clutch, clutch master, and slave, all belts, battery, fluids and motor and tranny mounts. Now the only way the windows roll up is if I run a power wire from the battery to the #17 fuse. I've touched every wire I can reach too, and I can't figure out why. I've changed fuses 3 times to no avail. The a/c controls don't even turn on. No air comes out, neither does the heater. Everything worked fine before, now nothing. Any pointers on where to look, please post.

Well I just scrolled down two threads and someone posted exactly what was happening to my car. I will look at the starter wires. For all the people that are about to post "search the forums", I apologize.

Alright so I moved the wires around on the starter, and now it only rolls up when I turn the car on, and then stops when it's running on its own

Only when the starter is on, when I release the key to let it run on its own, power to the windows and a/c stop

Check the k5 and k7 unloader relays.

Located the issue. It was the upper ground terminal on the starter. It wasn't tight enough. In the process of figuring that out, I broke the threaded portion that it the ground sits on. I tried to rig it up by putting that ground onto the starters ground. Ended up over energizing it, and having to replace it. Everything works now though...I'm happy
