    2.7i running very rich

Hi, finished up my 2.7 a few weeks back. I've only started the car a few times.
Has cam, 19lb injectors, and sssquid chip.
First start up it ran pretty well, broke in the cam at 2000 rpm so for around 20 minutes
    All good.
The next couple times I've started it hasn't run aswell. And the last time was the worst.
I could smell gas, looked at the plugs a little wet and black and fouled.
Obviously why it was probably running well the first time, plugs were new and clean.
Could the chip not have adapted the settings yet? Normally when you install a chip you have to drive a little for it to learn right?
I don't see any vacuum leaks, but I'm going to give it a closer look?
Or atleast take the oil fill cap off when it's running to see if there's a change.
    Other thoughts?

Are all of the plugs wet or just some of them? I would pull the injector rail and see if the injectors are dripping, especially if they are unknown or have been sitting dry for a while.

Are you starting up and driving or just idling?

I only checked a few plugs, but they all looked the same. I'm assuming all 6 are gonna be like that, but I'll check all of them.
The injectors were supposedly sonic cleaned, they looked brand new when I got them .
I'm just starting the car, and letting I idle for the most part. Giving it some revs here and there too. It's a little stumbly and not smooth when giving it a little gas. But stabbing the petal harder and giving it higher revs it smooths out.
Plug wires aren't new unknown age on them.

All plugs were equally wet and black. Looked over the car for vacuum leaks couldn't find any switched out the temp sensor. Cleaned the plugs ran a lot better, but probably just from the plugs not being fouled at that moment.
