    Building engine with specific specifications!

    Dears,

I am writing to see your opinion about building a engine as the specific below,

    Engine M50b25 (Non vanos).

    Crankshaft of M50b20 (66mm stroke).

    Piston 87mm (of S54b32).

    Camshaft Cat-Cams 298/290 (Duration) 12.50/12.00 mm (Lift).

Solid lifter instead of Hydrolic .

    Valve +1mm. (Inlet and Exhaust).

    Injectors Siemens 1439800 247 CC/min @ 3 bar (which comes on E46 330 engines).

    Bmw e36 M3 throttle body.

Upgrade the rpm to 8200 with more fuel flow

    Run race gas (High Octan).

    What your opinion guys?

Advantage and disadvantage, Risk, whats more preferable
    etccc...

    Thank you in advance

8200RPM? I think you're going to need a whole bunch of custom internals to make that work properly, but I dont know shit.

ATI Dampener would be a good idea though with that short of stroke may not be 100% necessary. I think 87mm is too much for this block family and HG reliability in most cases.

          thanks a lot,

But whats your opinion regarding short stroke 66mm and big bore 87mm with above parts. Do I dramatically gain power ? or if go through crankshaft 89.6 (bmw 330i) and piston 84mm i will gain more with the above items?

As I read that the short stroke big bore spin more faster than the long stroke short bore and besides more breath.
