1989 325i Delphin Grey Coupe in CT Full History Since New 3rd owner

For sale I have my 1989 325i coupe in Delphin Grey.
    -VIN# WBAAA1305KEC65196.
    -277,975k Miles on odometer
    -M20 with 5 Speed + 3.73lsd.
    -Vogtland Springs Tockico Shocks
    -15x7 Millie Miglia Chronos
    -Drilled + Slotted Rotors
    -Rebuilt Head
    -New Paint
-No Rust or accidents all factory body panels
-Full service history including import papers

The story: Just picked up a X5 to replace this as my daily driver and I now need money to throw parts at my e30 Race car. Let me start by saying I have owned about 10 e30s throughout the past 18 years and I know them inside and out. I bought the car last year from the neighbor of the original owner who had only owned it 6 months. I have all paperwork and service receipts on the car since new. Car has no signs of ever being involved in a accident and all paint was original and peeling. The original buyers went to Germany and test drove this car before having it sent over in 1989. That being said I have the Euro road safety kit including triangle and medical kit which was required when driving in Germany. Also I have the original invoice, directions and a map to the BMW factory as well as all import documents for the car. Car lived in Cape Cod its entire life. It had some typical rust when I bought it and this past winter I put a mild resto-mod on the body. (I used to work for a shop restoring old rusty euro cars) The paint was done in January. Not a show car but better than 90% of the e30s out there. I welded in the sunroof and the kids now a days call that a "slick top", shaved radio antenna, fixed rusty lower front fenders + front floors as well as rusty license plate lights which I replaced with LED's. All black trim was plasti dipped black to give the option of going back to original if desired. Head was completely rebuilt this spring. New head gasket, Grade 10.3 Metric Blue Bolts, valve seals, valve grind, cam seal, exhaust + Intake gaskets etc etc. Has a intake on it but I have stock airbox. I drive this car every day and it runs awesome would drive it to California tomorrow if I had to.

Items that need to still be addressed:
-Blower motor switch only works on high (I have new resistor just haven't put it in)
-AC needs R12 or to do a conversion.
-Little rattle on harsh bumps from steering (Ball joint?)
-Shift boot is torn and knob is loose.
    - Front seats have holes in the bottom cushion(I have been looking for recaro LS or Trophys they would be a perfect interior match)
-Leaks a little gas when filled up completely( I only put in 3/4 tank and have has zero issues I have a tank that looks good that I will sell with it but might just be a vent line?)

So thats about all I can think of to say about it. I try and give full disclosure and am 100% honest about everything with the car. I have a ton of parts and will include a bunch of stuff for the right price. The car is a great driver. I get the thumbs up on a daily basis and love driving it however I need to swap a S54 into my race car and last time I checked those weren't free. Please call/text me at 860-324-7935 my name is Ben and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

You may want to consider breaking that up a bit. It's difficult to read.
