Aftermarket folding seats for a vert/coupe

I would like to remove the Recaro factory seats in my vert and replace them with something more supportive and bolstered.

Proper racing seats are all fixed back for safety reasons, but I'd like the bolstering of a racing seat with a folding mechanism so that I don't lose the access for any rear-seat passengers.
Is there a seat like this?
(I believe that these would be referred to as tuner seats, and not racing)

I have played around with several sets of Recaro Sportsters and Sparco SPX's. Both are great seats, just not cheap. The provide great bolstering, even on track. The Sportsters are an OEM option for newer BMW's, while you can find the SPX in the new Alfa Giulia Quadrifoglio.

Lastly, you could consider GTS Classic's GrandTurismoSport seats for just as much bolstering with a more period feel. These are a modern take on some unobtanium period Recaro's.

Those GTS' look amazing, but doesn't appear that they would fold to allow access to the rear seat.

oop, good point. An alternative option would be is "flip" hinges that allow you to flip your bucket seat up and forward. This is what I'm using in my 2002. It isn't perfect, but it works well enough for my kids.
