1991 318is Power Steering

Does anyone know what the high pressure side (pump to rack) power steering hose run at pressure wise? Having a custom hose made and just want to make sure it can withstand the pressure. I figure 3000 psi hose should be sufficient, just want to check.

Also if anyone knows of a cheaper option for the hose, that'd be great too.

That psi will work. The dealer had it for $150 or so last time I checked. Those are the only two options I know of.
