Grill cloth/felt in Premium Speakers

I am refurbishing a pair of rear deck premium speakers including rebuilding the crossovers. There is a very thin felt-like cloth that is spray adhered to the inside of the grill to limit UV exposure (I assume). Does anyone know what exactly this stuff is and where to get it? Mine is all flaking off.
