Update for OP, he needs an "i" balancer - Motronic 1.1 and up style with the CPS on the front, not the "eta" style..

so i talked to miller and they said that fuel timing is controlled by the balancer. my "i" balancer is to early for fuel. the crank postion is slightly advanced because of the b27 crank. so is there a late model seta balancer that will retard the timing so my car will run right?

This is the part number i got off realoem. 11231714855

          thanks

I don't think that having a 2.7 is causing the issue. I swapped an "i" top end on many eta and ran flawlessly - AND - have built strokers using a 2.7 crank/rods, "i" pistons and shaving the deck down to suit, all ran perfect I even put a timing light on my own car many years ago, and timing is correct.
