    No Longer Available - 1993 325i E30 Convertible 5-Speed - Bone Stock -

    1993 325i E30 Convertible 5-Speed - Bone Stock

    For sale is a well maintained black/black/black 1993 BMW 325 IC e30 5-Speed Manual 184k original miles.

SORRY FOR THE ILLOGICAL ORDERING OF THE PICS! PANJO DOES NOT ALLOW REORDERING.

An excellent example of this year and model. Cared for and properly maintained/serviced while in my possession. I have kept it garaged. No signs of abuse. All services are up to date.
This car is a fairly rare ?93 model, which was the final year of the E30. BMW made 233 in December 1992 and 1 in January 1993. This one was built on Dec 8th, so it?s very reasonable to assume this is one of the last 200 E30?s ever sold in the US.

    Pros
Mechanically running great. Smooth idle, strong clutch, great brakes. No leaks.
New OEM dashboard with all gauges working ? including the odometer
New Bilstein HD shocks & OEM mounts on all 4 corners
    4 New Falken tires
    New OEM front brake pads
AC blows very cold, heat blows hot
Soft top is fairly new. No rips or worn spots. Keeps rain out even at freeway speeds. Plastic window is clear.
Car is unmodded, except for the radio and the top has been converted to manual operation.
All new drive belts installed 4/9.
Passed PA state inspection 4/10 and had AC system leak tested and charged up with 134a.
Comes with a Garagistic X-Brace. (not currently installed)

    Other recent maintenance
Replaced plugs, plug wires and coil
Replaced all 3 power steering hoses and fluid reservoir
Replaced trans, diff and brake fluids
    New thermostat & coolant flush
Timing belt changed in June 2015, 3k miles ago.
All new OEM shift bushings & bearing installed for crisp gear changes; new leather shift boot, new OEM weighted leather shift knob and shift boot insulator replaced at the same time as the bushings.
New radio w/ Bluetooth & USB

    Cons
Paint is so-so. Clearcoat peeling on trunk
Interior is mostly good, but driver seat bottom cushion is starting to rip. See pics.
Front fenders & hood are DOT-R genuine BMW replacements, but has clean title & drives straight.

I bought this car about a year ago to cruise around in it during the summer. It?s has been fun to own, but I need my one-car garage space back for my 325is. Also want to use the funds from the sale to finally get some paint & bodywork on that E30.

No test rides without proof of $$, local pickup only.

    $5,700 cash only

    List Date: 4/11/2017

Don't forget about tourings which were built all the way up to 02/1994. either way it looks like a great vert, glws

Looks awesome. I have a dec 3 car, i've been wondering if they built through that whole month. It would be fun to get an actual count and know what number these last cars were. I think its cool, last US bound e30's.

Beauty!! This is exactly what I'm looking for....too bad it's on the wrong coast. Would you consider shipping to Southern California?

I got my numbers from this site:

Might be fun to have a registry for these really late model cars - just to see where they've ended up & how many are still out there...

Thanks for the compliments! Not really looking to ship at this time, but if I'm still trying to sell it after the local interest dies down, then I will entertain that option.

I think it's really important that the buyer sees the car in the flesh before buying. If you came to Philly and bought the car, then you could arrange the shipment on your own.

Or if you have a week of vacation to burn, it runs very well, and you shouldn't hesitate to consider driving it across the country.

Shipping is so easy for the seller as the buyer makes all arrangements, pays the shippers and the only thing the seller needs to do is hand the car off to the shipper. I can never understand why a seller is reluctant to ship a car as it gets it SOLD. Sorry, just my 2 cents....

As I mentioned, I think it's really important that the buyer sees the car in the flesh before buying. Worst thing is for the buyer to get the car in the mail, and THEN find issues they are not happy with.
