Undercoating not drying?

I picked up some undercoating to cover some repairs but in some spots it will not dry no matter what.. it seems to be where ever there's any seam sealer... Is this normal? What should I do to fix it or should it be fine? Thanks

p.s. sorry if this belongs in a different sub-forum.. don't know if this counts as body work or a general question..

Just leave it. it's not going to matter since the fender will cover it anyway. Sometimes if you put much on at once or layer it to soon between coats creates this. Happened to me and I couldn't figure out why. I had used the same product and can on it. But this is my suspicion.

Seems odd that the bare metal repair would be dry but anywhere there's sealer its wet though.. meh frig it I'll just take it down a dusty road.. problem solved [emoji14] I just don't want it to be all sticky if I gotta work on it [emoji14] sticky is gross..

I've had an oil heater next to it for 3 days :( doesn't seem to be helping.. will give a heat gun a try :)

I've had this happen before.

I also learned the hard way that undercoat by itself doesn't seal bare metal... sorry...

I now hate the stuff...
