1991 BMW 318i Convertible with rebuilt M20 (325i) motor swap

-Frame is straight and free from rust
-Rebuilt m20 engine from a 325i (90% tread; 5 spoke wheels
-Complete BMW tool kit (in trunk)
-Top keeps water out if driving in rain; few small (repaired) holes on side
-Aftermarket exhaust (see photo)
-Odometer and cluster work; ~188,000 miles on the body
Fixes:
-Cracks in dash
-Trim needs new brackets on passenger side
-Could use new paint / wet sand
-Glove box mechanism needs repaired
-No A/C; (I have a used fan, if interested)
-Small rust spot under battery and behind driver side rear tire
-Hood release cable needs replaced
