    Trusted BMW Mechanic

    Boy its been a minute...

Looking for recommendations for somewhere to take my E46 to get checked up on. Willing to drive near Seattle, prefer the east side of the pond.

Im getting awfully lazy this summer.

He's basically a one man operation, hundreds of happy people and all it takes is one bad situation for a name to get soured thanks to the net. My situation with him didn't work out exactly as I thought it would but at the end of the day I have put 40k+ on a car he built for me

                  I still represent for him.

A friend of mine recommends Westwerks in Redmond. I've used Eastside Bav for my X5 and my E30, and like them.

                            a funny story about KD
Most of us have funny stories about Kevin-
he's a nutjob. In a good way. But a few people
get offended by him, and a few get under his skin.
In your shoes, I'd go see him, see if you like his approach,
then decide. Personally, I'd go to him in a heartbeat.

Matt and Steve at Westwerks are good people, too.
Again, you'd want to stop by, have a bit of a chat,
make sure their approach matches your expectations.

Everyone's different- if you want someone to trust,
you have to put a bit of work into it.

Likewise, JohnnyMac at CarTender, I would trust him with much nicer cars than I have.
A different approach, a solid guy.

                            t
now, sometimes I just mess with people. It's more entertaining that way. george graves
