In Australia, they wouldn't name them this early in the investigation in the media - they would be named when the case came to trial.

These guys came from NJ, MD, TX FL & PA to street race at 4:30pm by shutting down a freeway. There needs to be an additional charge for being MONUMENTALLY STUPID. They should NEVER get their licenses back (or their cars for that matter) they have proven they are not even smart enough to GRUNT. And what the hell was that 44 year old doing in the mix.
