I'm the third owner of this car and have complete service records from when the car was new. It has been garage kept its entire life. The car is manual with 188xxx miles on it. I'm located in Chicago but the car is mostly at my parents home in Indianapolis. I can bring it to Chicago if a serious party is interested.
I just recently put a little over $3,000 in service into the car last month. That included a refresh on some steering components as well as a timing belt and everything that goes along with that. The car has 188k on it. Don't let that maintenance worry you though. I would drive this car across the country and back again. It really is in fantastic mechanical shape for an e30.
There are too many details to list without writing a book. As for non factory parts, it is on Bilstein Sports w/ H&R Race springs and has a Magnaflow Catback exhaust (which is admittedly fairly loud but I have a friend with an e30 that might be willing to workout a trade for a stock exhaust if you think it's too loud). The car is stock besides that.
There were a few spots of surface rust but I had those repaired. The driver door is the lone remaining place of rust but I have a spare door in the garage that is rust free to go with the car. I just never got around to having it painted and mounted. I also have a few random spare parts and bently repair manual to go with the car.
I'm looking for $7499 for the car(Heidi) to find a good home. It really is a fantastic car and I want someone to enjoy it.

Edit: The blower motor just went on the car so it is getting a new blower motor and blower motor resistor this week as well as a few other things.
