    Front and rear suspension refresh

    ECS has a kit that replaces all the control arms, bushings, tie rods, links, etc... made up of some aftermarket parts.

    The question is should I go this route or source all OE parts for the refresh?

    I'm not sure if this is true of all the kits at ECS and FCP, but I've looked at kits on both sites that are made up of parts from OEM suppliers or quality aftermarket suppliers. When I get around to refreshing my Touring suspension, I'll probably buy one of those kits.

    No need to buy from BMW, just don't buy Autozone, Pep Boys, etc. junk.

      You want to look closely at the brands to make sure they dont mix and match. I stick w Lemforder for suspension/steering and buy it however is cheapest...kit or a la carte

        +1. I did all Lemforder, it wasn't much more then the hodgepodge kits and seems super solid.
