    No Start: Need Help

Hello, my 1990 325i sedan started in the morning (55 degrees) with the usual low idle of ~550, but as I was moving down the road it died going over a speed bump and would not start again.

I checked for spark at the coil and it had spark, I checked at the #1 cylinder spark plug boot and it had spark.
I let it sit overnight, the next day I cranked it over : no start.
I pulled the plugs, and they were wet with gasoline.
I checked the CPS resistance, and it read at 539 ohms across the middle and one of the outside pins. The opposite outside pin was open to the other two pins.
The ICV hums, but I pulled it anyways to check free movement of the valve, and all was good. I am able to shake the icv and the valve moves on its own.
I pulled the valve cover oil cap to ensure the cam was moving while cranking to ensure my timing belt did not snap, it checked out fine.
I checked the fuses in the engine bay and all had continuity. I did not check any relays
I checked the vacuum line to the fuel pressure regulator (FPR) for damage, it was fine.

I have ordered online a fuel pressure test kit http://a.co/073alt6 and plan on checking fuel pressure at the FPR http://prntscr.com/fyqhh6

    What should I do next?

look at all the relays related to the ignition. under the steering column. that's where my problem was...
make sure there is juice to the starter. check that solenoid.

I put the battery on a charger, put it back into the car, and after cranking a relatively long time It fired up with a low idle and possibly on 4-5 cylinders. Kept RPM above 2k, ran fine when warm. I replaced the fuel filter, the fuel lines to the fuel filter, the egr fuel line, disconnected and reconnected the c191 plug, and cleaned the strut tower ground. Now the car seems to cold start fine, not sure if the issue is solved or it is just an intermittent problem. I have tested my fuel system, but I am unsure how to interpret the results, a new thread has been made.
