My previous was a fully modded out M3 GTR, however it is now #2

I just bought and modded a 1970 Chaparral 2J.

821kg (1810lbs) 1120HP.
8.589 second 1/4 mile

Holy fucking fast batman. Handles great too. Has a second 55HP snow mobile engine powering a vacuum on the semi road sealed undercarriage. BADASS!

When I first got the GTR I was like WOAH. It handles SOO nice. But the GTR handles like a bar of soap compared to the Chaparral 2J.

It costs 1.2million credits, but it is worth its weight in GOLD.

Im only like 6% in, so I dont have any money for anything decent, but mine CURRENTLY (key word, i realize it sucks to everything else) is just my nearly fully modded '64 Ginetta G4 -- 200ish hp and just over 400kg. W/e Its fun for now :P

Just played for the first time on Sunday. Eric and I raced a pair of Mercedes 300SLs on the Nurburgring for two laps and had a blast.

Also love the RUFs but my first love was a 911 so I am biased. They are tough to master, but oh so fast for a street car.

just picked up the Toyota 88c-v race car (minolta sponsor)

it is an 89' car but it is fast as hell, faster than my modded gtrm3 race car.

Haven't gotten very far into it in the GT mode... so I can't really comment there.

Although, in Arcade I find the Audi RS6 good fun when rallying :)

Fully modded CSL with 524hp, killsed my friends fully modded M3gtr with 599hp :twisted: For all you Initial D fans out there the trueno in this game sucks!!! IMO it's just not the same as it was in gt3

Best fun so far: Trying to beet much faster cars with a fully modified Honda S600 roadster.

Most intense run so far: ANYTHING fast on Nurburgring. (Below 5'30 fast.)

Favorite car so far: RX-7 Spirit R Type A (barely beets out the M3 CSL)

I honestly think the Minolta is the fastest car in the game. Only 2 cars that have a chance of being faster that I haven't driven yet is the 1970 Toyota 7 Race Car and the Chaparral Jordan mentioned. For some reason I keep forgetting to grab one and do it up. I've got/tried most of the cars.

my fav is the '02 350 HP assistance turned off and its as fun as provoking a little undergrad kid into an internet fight as i laugh at him....

the mb evo car, m3 gtr, and the m coupe are all fun also but in a blazing fast try and get a good time on the ring type of way.....not like the '02 where its just fun to toss the car around for shits and giggles.

Mine's the Caterham cause it's also got to be a blast on the street, and it's extreme lightweight is a handful on the ring.

My two favorites right now are the Mercedes 190E Touring Car and the '98 Mercedes AMG Race car - I'm trying to beat the world challenge with that car - it's come down to tire choices.

My previous favorite was my M3, then my GTR. The Ginetta G4 is fun but oversteers too much. I haven't played with the suspension yet.

To fuck a round with I love the Buick Special, handles alright for being something like 1800 kg. But the style is out of this world, and with a supercharger 750(?) hp is a lot of fun around the 'ring.

I found myself saying "holy crap" when I did the IA license test with the RUF Yellowbird. That car is WHOA.
