Supersprint exhaust?

Currently, I have a rusted through OEM muffler which actually sounds pretty nice for my liking. But I obviously want to get a new one, so for those of you with experience of a rusty muffler, will a Supersprint muffler be a drop in noise levels or sound just about the same?

Also, any problems with corrosion after extended periods of time?

As time went on, the factory developed the car each year, making it faster, more comfortable, and capable of handling at higher speeds.
