Guys, I need your help big time - comprehensive part and mod list.

My brother bought a 1987 325i. He has a friend who wants to buy it from him for quite a bit more IF we also provide him with a complete mod list. He's very well off, and decided he wants to spend 10-15k on fixing it up.

And it's definitely a fixer upper. It needs a bit of body work, and a complete paint job. He's decided on cosmos black. The interior is red, but in rough shape. He wants aftermarket front seats, and reuphostered alcantara rear seats. The dash is cracked quite a bit, and the center controls (climate, deck, OBC) is in a panel that's coming out of the dash.

He wants to fix up and keep this engine, so no swaps or turbo.

So I need to come up with a comprehensive list of parts, modifications, and the source and price.

    Interior:
    Dash:
    Seats:
    Steering Wheel:
    Shift Knob:
    Ebrake Handle:
    Pedals:
    Other:

    Suspension:
    Shocks/Springs:
    Sways:
    Strut bar:
    Camber Plates:
    Other (get detailed):

    Engine:
    Intake:
    Exhaust:
    Software:
    Other:

    Misc:
    LSD:
    SSK:

    Wheels/Tires/Brakes:
    Wheels:
    Tires:
    BBK:
    Other (5-lug, etc?):

    Electronics/Technology:
    Alarm/Remote Entry:
    Radar Detector:
    Navigation:
    Head Unit (DVD?):
    Amplifiers:
    Speakers:
    Subs:
    Other:

Guys, thank you SO much in advance for your help.

    -Evan

PS: I've actually decided not to get an audi - instead I will be getting an e30 as my 6th car and BMW ever, because these things are so fun to drive...

Well, because he's sold on this car. He really wants this one. It was his goal to get a fixer-upper with potential, and this fits the bill. Now he's looking for advice from people who know what they're talking about. If it was an e36, that'd be me, but it's an e30, so I need you guys :)

Ahhh? You want to take away from my time watching porn to help you fill in some numbers? Do I get a happy ending if I do?

How about you give it a shot - post back and we'll scan over them to see that you're not too far off

PS - Did you not learn in school you have to do your *own* homework?

          Yes.

Heh, if you'd like, just fill out the parts you feel most strongly about, like if you have a favorite suspension setup, or a sound system to die for, or an SSK and exhaust that you love, etc. You don't have to fill out all of it. Every bit helps.

Edit: I have zero experience with this stuff, so me taking a shot is a blind stab in the dark... but I'll give it a try. In the meantime, any input would be hugely helpful.
