        I went on ebay and found it. That is a front bumper that they sell to fit e30's, there are a couple of threads on here with them on different cars from the manufactor who made them.

                eBay linky HERE .

                Yes , kit is the AV3 from AutoVogue in the UK .
                IMO the only part that could work on an e30 is the rear bumper .

                E30 M3 / E30 325is / E34 525iT / E34 535i
