idle issues

idles really high in the morning or when it has been sitting awhile. it idles normal once it has warmed up. but that isnt the issue. when it gets to operating temp the idle will suddenly drop and want to die. is that the Idle control valve? if so, how can i get one for a euro car?

having the same issue with mine, except it doesn't feel like it wants to die. Just hovers around 1.5 to 2k. My car didn't have an ICV, but if you need one for and early PM me for details. Have one for you
