    91 318i won't start

    hey i have a 91 318 thats had been sitting for 2 months its started an ran jsut fine when parked . i try to start it on sunday and the battery was dead so i charged it up. now the brights light and everything comes on but it just won't turn over. is there something i can do to get it to start again since its been sitting for a while. any ideas please i need to get my baby going again bad!!!!!!! thanks in advance guys!

    I'm not sure how it is set up on a 318, but my 325i has a ground cable running from the oil pan to the frame. If this is damaged or disconnected it will NOT even turn over. You can test it by taking your jumper cables and clamping one neg clamp on the oil pan drain lug and the other neg on a well grounded bolt head like on a strut tower or the steering rack. If it turns over like this it's the ground.
