Sorry still haven't had a chance to look at your files, I will dig them up in the morning. are you sure it isn't running out of injector? Do you know the duty cycle they are reaching? What fuel pressure are you running?

The fuel pressure at idle is 50psi don't know what it is at 5000rpm

Try turning the AFR targets off? Keith has more insight but I had a similar issue where it would break up pretty bad going into boost when I turned that on. Turned it off and she screamed to 7k.

The afr target was already turned off Keith send me a new tune.
Could get the car to run right so I use some of his setting with my old tune.
The car now pulls all the was to 6000rpm where it seem like sine know d if cutting on.
I was going threw the setting I notice Keith AKA whodwo has the coolant cut at 180 degree
To 6000rpm and 200degree to 6000tpm as well. I am gonna change it and see what happen
            Any suggestions.

              Congrats on your turbo project!

Have you had a chance to confirm your base timing? You should be able to set your timing to fixed in TS and with a timing light at idle confirm that MS is seeing the actual engine advance. If it reads advanced/retarded you will need to adjust your trigger angle* settings.

If your base timing is all good I would preform a tooth log next. If the resistance in the CPS circuit is set too high you will experience sync loss in the higher rpms. It will feel like a rev limiter kicking in and may cause a backfire, TS will generally show a sync loss count when it happens.

You shouldn't need an adjustable FPR with MS since you can adjust your injector PW. A stock FPR should work fine and eliminates another variable. An adjustable regulator would really only be nessasary if you were still using Motronic and couldn't adjust your fuel map, or if your injectors were too small.

If your unsure about reading the tooth logs you could post a screenshot of the log here.

Best of luck with your project!

So it's not cylinder pressure related, sounds like it's still losing sync. Run the composite loger in tuner studio
