Feeler: 1/2 inch Sway Bar Mounting Spacer for long tube 24v Motor Swaps

Well I have one guy asking me to make him some spacers for his front sway bar for clearance with long tube headers on 24v motor swaps. I wanted to see if there was more interest in these spacers. Price is TBA. I went to the machine shop today and they were going to get me quote for a small batch of 10 sets. You would get the 1/2 inch sway bar spacer and a longer subframe bolt. Pictures below. Thanks and input welcome.

    In on dis group buy.

I love my euro SS reps, and this takes care of the main clearance issue with them

Just get your self some adjustable endlinks for the swaybar to adjust preload.

Looks like the price would be $110 shipped for the set with two new longer subframe blots. Let me know if you guy's want to go ahead at this price.

I'm thinking that's very costly for some simple blocks with holes drilled. Even at $50 it's almost sheer profit. I did my own some time ago, works well and I used Eli aka Rs4pros adjust sway bar links.

The problem is the small batch that I'm making. Going to shop around to a few other shops and see if I can get the price down. My cost from this shop is way over 50 for the two spacers. Granted I'm in califorina and labor rate is higher and the tax rate is 9.75%. Thanks for the input, I'm going to look and see if can find a cheaper but still good quialty supplier. .

What type of aluminum do you plan to use? Mild steel would work as well but work time is longer.

That could be laser cut or water jetted real easy.
