What rear apron is that? In need of something like that!!
Its an Mtech 2 rep. You can bolt it to the bottom of your bumper cover to put it simply. Mine is pretty simple because its a vert but yours will be a little more involved. Look up Backtrail69. You would have the same setup as him.

OK... I sold this thing years ago. I know it never got lowered and that's the first comment that everyone will make about the 'after' photo, but the before pictures make the story. This car must have had the PO with the worst sense of style ever. I bought it because the interior had all been redone, but I found it had a lot of rust. I bought it out of Philadelphia, so now I know why everyone likes Southern cars.
Not my exact ride, but close enough (mine was actually worse in that it had peeling chrome on the bottle caps and bubbling purple tint on the windows):
