        Just got word my friend is ok. They are saying the confirmed deaths do not include the people that died on the scene, and the numbers will continue to go up. They are only counting the deaths en route, or in the hospitals.

        Also, they are at four confirmed devices now...

                                                Looks like military grade explosives to me considering the white smoke from the blast. If it were an IED or a homemade explosive it would've been black smoke. Case and point someone had access to military grade explosives and set this up. Sad day. :(
